		<description>Thats a good observation Stanley, but I don't think that interviewers have or expect a standard answer to interview questions. 

From experience, interviewers have questions that are generally the same and relevant to the job position, but in a case like the one you have explained, I guess they would obviously be impressed with the responses (or even curious) and offer to call you back for another interview.

As for employers, I beleive they ask questions in relation to what qualities or character they are looking to get.</description>
