From experience, interviewers have questions that are generally the same and relevant to the job position, but in a case like the one you have explained, I guess they would obviously be impressed with the responses (or even curious) and offer to call you back for another interview. If you are prepared to answer such questions then the interview should actually be easy and one has a higher chance of advancing to the next level of the interviews.
